3. CONCLUSIONS
Investigation of antimicrobial peptide mode of action on model lipid membranes by means of modern biophysical methods enables the good insight both in a macro and microscopic level of biological interactions. Combined approach of calorimetric and spectroscopic measurements results in a complex picture of changes both in peptide structure and the organization and properties of model membranes.
