Developing an assistive interface for individuals with spasticity disorders cd.
Czwartek, 19 marca
7. DISCUSSION
A method for mitigating spasticity has been investigated along with a critical discussion of the various head-aim devices that were used in the work. A presentation of a Bayesian method to predict users' intent has been developed along with experimental results. As in any typical Bayesian classifier, the results are robust as long as the training data are accurate. This method is still being developed and will be offered as a shareware augmentative tool to existing head-aim and other gesture-based devices.
