Kinesin studied using fluorescent ATP cd.
Sobota, 14 marca
4. CONCLUSIONS
The main result of this project is the observation that kinesin can hydrolyze fluorescent ATP. The second important conclusion is that kinesin is about 1.5 times slower with fluorescent ATP. We can determine movement of kinesin with fluorescent ATP using very important for our experiments oxygen scavenger system and regeneration system. We can use those results in our future experiments to observe single ATP molecules moving on moving kinesin using Single-Molecule Fluorescence (SMF) techniques
